By the way, I noticed a discussion in the Nahright comments bout Lil'Jon's Grand Finale track from....i guess '03. My point of view is:

'Livin' rich or livin' poor/we're still livin' raw as long as you now what you're livin' for!'

Not in the mood to post this greatness yesterday. It was producers' day. So here are two amazing Alchemist cuts and one off Statik Selektah's new album 'Stick To The Script' which turns out to be untouchable. I guess Jada is my favourite rapper, period. But Pusha and especially M.O.P. did well, too.

Statik Selektah Feat. M.O.P.&Jadakiss-Living For The City

Alchemist Feat. Snoop Doog, Jadakiss&Pusha T-Lose Your Life

'Call me by my new name-Featuring Lil'Wayne!'

*currently pumpin 'Gun Will Go' on repeat*
I like 8 Diagrams, RZA didn't ruin it imo, but he overproduced most of the jawns heavily. Lyrically it's tuff tho (RZA on 'Stick Me For My Riches', Rae on 'Gun Will Go',.....).

'Undisputed'-Luda Feat. Floyd Mayweather Good to see such an excellently rapped single as single to his album Theatre Of Mind. Track goes incredibly hard, fosho.

'Ey'-DJ Revolution Feat. Joell Ortiz&Termanology

'Do Your Thing'-DJ Revolution Feat. Royce&Guilty Simpson
DJ Revolution's 'King Of The Decks' in stores September 16. You need to get this, really. The Tracks should finally convince y'all. ^^

'Here I Am'-Tony Sunshine Feat. Jadakiss
'Who Run This'-Jadakiss
'Forgot About Me'-Scarface Feat. Lil'Wayne&Bun B
Never got enough of new Jada, Face, Bun or Weezy (rapping!) in my life.Peace.

It's nice to be important but it's more important to be nice with the spit (c) Busta

Don't ask me shit about how this guy's qualities evolved, but these joints are really enjoyable. Also check "LA" feat. Snoop&Nate (wasn't he supposed to be dead? ) Dogg!
PLUS: Waiting for the dirty version of that "Undisputed"-jawn of Luda to drop. Chris goes in. literally.

'Hold Up'-Nelly Feat. LL Cool J&T.I.
'Self Esteem'-Nelly Feat. Chuck D

"It's easier to run the streets than walk in the sand..."

Now I'm off to watch this.

Kanye becomes more genius every day!!!!!

I'm speechless right now. The VMAs were a great show, truly awesome. This guy I never heard of before called Russell Brand did a fantastic job as a host, really enjoyed it. Weezy teared down his set with Leona Lewis and T-Pain and had a cool cameo aside Kid Rock (did anyone actually understand his lyrics? ). I've noticed the hating goes through the www, but, c'mon people, I was a huge Weezy stan 'til middle 08 and I actually still enjoy him often. He gaves us hiphop's purest essences with his tapes and now he helps hiphop ( = little different form of hiphop than before) going back into the big numbers. So what y'all want?! Weezy is just a fun guy. And anytime he wants, he raps better than almost anyone else, period. And y'all KNOW that! The hate thing goes the same for Kanye. When he closed the show, I was like banned in front of the tv. I've rarely heard such pure....music. Yeah, he sang and didn't rap and maybe some of the typical hiphop stans don't like the way he goes lately. But was Kanye West EVER the typical blingbling/gangster/party rapper? He is a musician in the first place. AND he's an artist. And his art always makes the way straight into my heart! I love you Kanye! So fuck y'all haters, let's start a unity as Russell said. til then, I'm listening to 'LoveLockdown' on permanent repeat. Haha.

PLUS: Thing I need to get off my mind before I leave:
Pink > Rihanna
Germanyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!! (I actually dislike Tokio Hotel's music, but receiving that much love and respect and having that much success in America as a German Band just makes me proud!)
I hate to admit it, but I actually don't hate the Tip/RiRi-collab, although I won't ever forgive them for using that digusting sample.
I'm out.

Legendary status/sittin' behind those glasses

I'm gettin' a pair of these!!!!!!! how sick is that, fam?!?!!!!!!!!My Ex-Girlfriend is the sickest! Awesome!

Sorry for not keeping the site updated, been on vac for a week...Mr. West drops his 4th album in December, first single called 'Love LockDown' due out very soon. He's going to perform and announce album details @ tomorrow's MTV Video Music Awards which I am looking forward to.
Eventually filling the post with new tracks later on. Puff.

EDIT: 'Ransom'-Drake Feat. Lil' Wayne Only song of Drake I reliably know is that 'Brand New', also feat. Weezyana, so that's why I thought he was YM's RnB-guy. But he actually got some skills in spitting. Wayne does a satisfying job without Autotune (yessurr!!! )
'Fuck The Industry'-Solange Feat. Wale (prod. Green Lantern) Interesting collabo, I've checked a lotta Solange lately (check that Bilal track) and this here also doesn't disappoint. Nice Kanye Quote and Wale does his job. Fresh.

Write your name on the bullet/make YOU feel special....

I'll become a tree behind you silently

As some of y'all might have noticed, nothing really exciting happens in the world of our loved hiphop (at least nothing worth posting), so today, I decided to introduce a korean rap/pop group I actually kinda fancy called 'Big Bang'. 5 talented guys making good music and creating fresh styles. So check both their new videos, if you're interested. Also take a look at 'Lies' and 'We Belong Together'! Thanks Trâm for the heads up. Peace.
